Mehmet Mirat Satoglu is the Director of TUBITAK ULAKBIM. TUBITAK ULAKBIM is national academic information center, providing national catalogue, digital collection development and Open Science services to universities in Turkey.
Mehmet Mirat Satoglu holds a BS degree from Computer Science department, Bilkent University, MSc and MLA degrees from Ege University and University of Pennsylvania respectively. He worked as an IT professional for over 15 years at various international companies before joining TUBITAK ULAKBIM. He has been leading TUBITAK ULAKBIM since 2014. Mehmet Satoglu currently represents TUBITAK and Turkey as delegate in SCOAP3, EOSC and EuroHPC boards.
