Here on the Gradescope by Turnitin team, we are continuously working on initiatives to help educators and students benefit from better assessments. This post takes a deep dive into our most recent updates since our last update and plans for what is coming next.
We know educators and students have a lot to manage and need to make the most of their time. The following enhancements make Gradescope even easier for instructors and help provide rich feedback to students.
Gradescope plays well with an ever-growing list of education software and we’re always working to improve these integrations so educators and students have a more seamless experience.
Small courses benefit from the speed and flexibility of using Gradescope, but large courses (especially those structured into sections) need specific help managing assignments from hundreds of students over multiple sections and graders. That’s why we are beyond excited to announce that one of our most highly requested enhancements is going to be available in beta soon!
We will kick off our beta of this highly-requested feature in the next few months. Sign up to participate in the beta, and we’ll reach out once the Sections features have been enabled. If you have questions about this new functionality, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
To share your feature requests or up-vote existing ideas, visit our public Product Roadmap to vote, join the conversation, and request a feature you don’t see yet. Our loyal users, like you, are the driving force behind everything we do. Tell us what you want to see next!
By popular demand, we’re excited to announce a webinar that will provide a deep dive into setting up code autograders for Gradescope. This very special session will begin with Olga Stadie, who will lead us through programming assignments, and continue with one of the Gradescope founders, Ibrahim Awwal, giving a walkthrough of the Gradescope autograder. Bring your questions so we can dig into how Gradescope can benefit your course!
