Dr Rae Subramaniam from Kent Institute will explore the strategies that could improve International Student Learning performance using Rubrics and Academic Learning Support. Dr Subramaniam is an academic with extensive experience in HR Training, Teaching and Consulting.
She has a postgraduate Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India and has completed her Doctorate from the Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne. Her thesis established the relationship between organizational learning, organizational climate and organization innovation in the Australian Hospitality Industry.
She is passionate about the learning and teaching strategies of International students, especially from the sub-continent.
