Help Center: Account Usage Statistics
If an account's usage statistics are not available for the Turnitin account administrator this means that there is insufficent data currently within the account with which to create meaningful statistics. Once there is sufficient statistical data within an account, the account statistics will be made available.
Account administrators can request for their account statistics to be activated if they do not currently appear within the account. Please contact your Turnitin sales representative if you would like your account statistics activated. Turnitin sales representatives can be reached by either phone or e-mail.
