Help Center: Refreshing an Originality Report

As time goes by new sources may be added to our databases which match existing papers in an instructor's account. If an instructor suspects that new sources may be found for a submission, he or she has the option to refresh the Originality Report for the submission. Refreshing an Originality Report will rerun the existing report adding any new sources. The new Originality Report will completely replace the existing report.

How to refresh an Originality Report

The class name link on the instructor homepage

1. Click on the class name

The View link to the right of the assignment name

2. Click on the "View" link to the right of the assignment name

3. Click on the Originality Report icon

The refresh icon with the green arrows on the tool bar next to the print icon and the download icon

4. Click "refresh" at the top of the Originality Report

The OK button on the confirmation prompt

5. Click "Ok" to confirm the refresh
