Help Center: Managing the Clipboard Library

The clipboard library allows instructors to manage their clipboard sets and comments. If more than one clipboard set exists in the clipboard library, instructors can copy and move comments between sets.

Moving a comment between clipboard sets

The class name link

1. Click on the class name

The View link to the right of the assignment name

2. Click on the "View" link to the right of the assignment name

3. Click on the GradeMark icon for a paper

4. Click "Tools"

5. Click Clipboard Library

The clipboard set name

6. Click on the clipboard set that contains the comment(s) you would like to move

7. Place a check mark in the check box next to the comment(s) you would like to move

  • To ensure that all marks added to a paper are saved, instructors must click the save icon on the toolbar of the GradeMark paper before closing the paper.
