Help Center: Creating a clipboard set
The clipboard library allows intructors to create clipboard sets, comments, and select which clipboard set they would like to use to grade their student's papers. The clipboard library also provides the ability to manage clipboard sets.
Creating a new clipboard set in the clipboard library
1. Click on the class name
2. Click on the "View" link to the right of the assignment name
3. Click on the GradeMark icon for a paper
4. Click "Tools"
5. Click Clipboard Library
6. Within the Clipboard Library window click on the New button's down arrow pulldown option and select new clipboard set
7.Provide a name for the new clipboard and click save
Applying a new clipboard to use when grading
1. Click on the class name
2. Click on the "View" link to the right of the assignment name
3. Click on the GradeMark icon for a paper
4. Click "Tools"
5. Click Clipboard Library
6. Within the Clipboard Library window click on the check mark next to the clipboard set you would like to use when grading
7. The red check mark next to a clipboard set indicates which clipboard set is currently being used when grading papers

- To ensure that all marks added to a paper are saved, instructors must click the save icon on the toolbar of the GradeMark paper before closing the paper.
