Help Center: Controlling an Account's Access to Discussion Boards

Discussion Boards are used by instructors to allow students in a class to post and reply to discussion topics. Turnitin account administrators can turn their institution's account access to Discussion Boards on or off through the update tool for the account.

How to control account access to Discussion Boards

The edit icon to the right of the account name

1. Click on the edit icon to the right of the account name.

The check boxes next to the Turnitin products

2. Select (or deselect) the box next to discussion boards.

The submit button

3. Click submit to finalize the change.

Additional Information

  • Access to Discussion Boards can be controlled in subaccounts through the subaccount's update tool.
