Setting the Ability for Students to View Their Originality Reports


The ability for students to view Originality Report is set at the class level and is set when an instructor first creates the class. By default the ability for students to view Originality Reports will set to not allow students to view. Once a class has been created the instructor can modify the setting using the preferences tab in the class. Only the class instructor can modify this setting.

Allowing or Disallowing Student Ability to View Originality Reports


1. Click on the class name class name link
2. Click on the preferences tab click the preferences tab
3. Select (or deselect) the box next to "let students see Originality Reports?" click the selection box next to let students see Originality Reports
4. Click submit to save the changes submit changes

  • Students will only be able to view Originality Reports for the papers they have submitted. Only the class instructor can view the Originality Reports for all of the students in the class.
